Purpose
These terms govern online orders of food products (pizzas, pasta, sides, desserts, drinks, etc.) for delivery within the served area or pickup at the restaurant.
Products
Products and their main characteristics are presented in the shop. Photos are indicative. Availability may vary depending on stock and opening hours.
Ordering
An order is confirmed after validation on the site (subject to anti-bot checks). A confirmation email may be sent. The restaurant may refuse an order if unavailable, outside the delivery area, below the minimum amount, or outside opening hours.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros, VAT included. Any delivery fees are calculated by zone and cart amount, and shown before order confirmation.
Payment
Payment is made in cash or by card on delivery or pickup, according to the method chosen at checkout. No online payment is required to complete an order on the website.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery is limited to the zones and distances shown on the site. Beyond the maximum zone, delivery orders are refused. Pickup is at the restaurant address during opening hours. Communicated timings are indicative.
Right of withdrawal
Under consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable foodstuffs delivered or prepared to your specifications for immediate consumption. A confirmed order may still be cancelled or changed only if the restaurant agrees before preparation.
Complaints
For any question or complaint about an order, contact us by phone, email or via the contact form, ideally mentioning the order number.
Liability
The seller undertakes to prepare orders carefully. Liability is limited to foreseeable direct damages linked to order fulfilment, within the limits of Belgian law. Allergy or intolerance information must be clearly stated in the order.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, and failing amicable settlement, the courts of the judicial district of Namur have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
